Which countries or regions do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and most countries in Europe. We're actively working to expand to more countries and regions. Shipping fees are calculated separately and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotional events year-round—stay tuned for exclusive offers!

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, creating an account is not required to place an order. However, registering an account allows you to save shipping information, view your order history, and access product warranty details. More features will be added to the account dashboard in the near future.

Do you offer original packaging?

This depends on the set. Most products are shipped with their original color boxes. However, for certain oversized packages, we may ship without the original packaging to help you save on shipping costs. If you require the original box, please contact our customer service team—we’ll calculate the additional shipping fee for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary based on your location. Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. International shipping may take 7–16 days. Detailed tracking and shipping information will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns for opened items. However, if your order arrives with missing or damaged parts, we’re happy to send replacement pieces free of charge.
