Not all purchases will be perfect. Despite our best efforts, things may not always arrive as expected. With that in mind, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days, unless specifically stated otherwise on the product details page. The packaging must be in the same condition as when initially received.
Opened items are not eligible for returns. This includes:
Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging
Items with visible indications that the packaging has been opened
Opened cases that are no longer factory sealed
If an item is defective or damaged during transit, it can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item (or a replacement part depending on the issue) if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.
We may ask you to email a photo of the damaged or defective item to help us assess the issue and determine if a replacement part is necessary.
Note: The following issues do not qualify as defective products:

Please contact our Customer Service team to receive authorization for your return so that the item(s) can be accepted. Unauthorized returns will be delayed or may not qualify for a refund. You can reach customer service via:

If the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product, we will reimburse you for the reasonable cost of shipping the item back to us using a cost-effective method. You are responsible for returning the item(s) and covering the actual shipping fees for other return reasons.
For returns due to any other reason, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs without reimbursement. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.
Please pack the item securely in a properly sized shipping box, using bubble wrap or other protective materials. Do not place the shipping label directly on the item, as this could result in partial or no refund. If the item is damaged due to poor packaging during the return process, your refund may be reduced.
Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
You can check the status of your refund in your account. Please note, there may be delays in processing the refund:
Credit Cards: Typically 3-5 business days
PayPal: Up to 30 days, depending on your original PayPal payment source
Refused shipments will be treated as a return, and any associated return costs will be deducted from your refund.
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (e.g., incorrect address or no one available to receive the package), we will contact you to reship the package. Reshipping costs must be paid in advance before we can send the package again.
While we generally do not assess restocking fees, we reserve the right to charge them in certain situations:
The returned shipment contains missing, damaged, or opened items
Merchandise is inspected by Customs
The return is received after the 30-day return window
Our Customer Service team will reach out if any concerns arise during the return process.
