These Terms of Service (Terms) govern access to https://amazingblocktoys.com and purchases from the AmazingBlock online store, which is operated by VIVID CREATIVE LIMITED. By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its security, operation, or the rights of others.

2. Products and Product Information

AmazingBlock sells building block sets and related accessories from independent and third-party manufacturers. Products may include display models, vehicles, architecture, mechanical sets, lighting sets, motorized sets, MOC products, replacement parts, or related accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to display descriptions, images, dimensions, piece counts, age recommendations, instruction format, compatibility, packaging, prices, and availability accurately. Product colors, packaging, dimensions, printed details, and finished appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, production batches, packaging methods, or assembly.

Customers must review the product page before purchase. Printed instructions, PDF instructions, original retail packaging, stickers, printed pieces, motors, lights, batteries, minifigures, display cases, and other accessories are included only when expressly stated on the product page.

3. Third-Party Brands and Compatibility

Unless expressly identified otherwise, products sold on our website are compatible building block products manufactured by independent or third-party brands. They are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or authorized by the LEGO Group.

References to LEGO or other brands are used only when reasonably necessary to describe compatibility or product characteristics. LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group. All third-party trademarks, product names, logos, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

A compatibility statement does not guarantee that every specialized element, electronic component, color, or tolerance will be identical across manufacturers.

4. Assembly and Safety

Building block products require assembly and may contain small parts. They are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Some products are intended for ages 14+ or adult collectors. Follow all product warnings, age recommendations, electrical instructions, and assembly instructions.

We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, improper assembly, excessive force, unauthorized modification, unsuitable power supplies, failure to follow instructions, or use by an unsuitable age group, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Orders and Acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order because of product availability, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, sanctions or export rules, unauthorized resale, or abuse of promotions.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product or otherwise confirm acceptance.

6. Prices, Promotions, and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before an order is placed. Applicable shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are displayed or described before payment where required.

AmazingBlock does not currently operate a general free-shipping program. Any promotion applies only under the conditions displayed with that promotion and cannot be applied retroactively unless stated otherwise.

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, card networks, or other providers that are actually enabled at checkout. We do not store full payment card details.

7. Product Availability, Pre-Orders, and Backorders

Inventory information can change and is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. Pre-order and backorder products will show an estimated dispatch date or status where available. We may ship mixed orders in separate packages.

If a product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund, propose a substitute only with customer approval, or provide another solution permitted by law.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, customs, address responsibilities, and delay procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy and the information shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms transfers shipping risk earlier than permitted by applicable consumer law.

9. Returns, Refunds, Defects, and Missing Parts

Returns, cancellations, refunds, defective or wrong items, damaged products, missing pieces, and replacement-parts requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible missing-piece requests should normally be submitted within 30 days after delivery. We may request an order number, model number, instruction step, part number, photographs, or video reasonably needed to verify and resolve the request.

10. Accounts and Account Security

If account features are available, you are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity conducted through the account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content created by or licensed to AmazingBlock, including original text, graphics, logos, videos, layouts, and store design, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, scrape, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit that content without prior permission.

Product images, manuals, designs, names, and trademarks belonging to manufacturers, designers, or licensors remain their property. Nothing on the website transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property.

12. User Content

If you submit a review, photo, video, comment, or feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights.

You grant AmazingBlock a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the submitted content for store operation, customer support, product improvement, and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law. We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or irrelevant content.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party payment providers, carriers, manufacturers, review services, social networks, apps, or websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or conduct outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Any lawful limitation will be interpreted narrowly and will not reduce remedies available for defective, undelivered, or non-conforming products.

19. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that this choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which the consumer habitually resides where those protections apply.

Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact support@amazingblocktoys.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue. This does not restrict the right to contact a regulator, consumer-protection body, payment provider, or court where permitted by law.

20. Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disaster, severe weather, transportation or customs disruption, labor dispute, pandemic, government action, supply-chain interruption, internet outage, or carrier system failure.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new Last Updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights already acquired under an accepted order or mandatory law.

22. Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement governing use of the store and purchases, together with product-page and checkout terms applicable to a specific order.
